NASCAR at Richmond: Odds, key stats, bets to consider for second playoff race

Brad Keselowski made his third consecutive win Sunday at the opening playoff race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, but a fourth consecutive win seems unlikely as NASCAR heads to Richmond’s brief track for Saturday night’s Federated Auto Parts 400.

Richmond is a flat, 3/4-mile track that is most similar to New Hampshire’s and Phoenix’s apartment tracks. Drivers who have had success have been contenders in Richmond.

Phoenix and New Hampshire was visited by NASCAR after each sooner. From the summer, Kevin Harvick took the checkers, but Kyle Busch led the most laps. Harvick also won at New Hampshire, but it was Kurt Busch leading the most laps.

Keselowski completed 15th and 32nd at Phoenix and New Hampshire this year, but he has finished 11th or better in the past six races at Richmond. A top-10 seems likely for the No. 2 team, but there are drivers more healthy for its short-track racing on Saturday.
